The postgraduate studies in Well-being and Health at Work at WSIiZ in Warsaw address the growing awareness of how mental health significantly impacts quality of life. Developed under the patronage of the Life Balance Foundation, this program responds to the pressing need for mental health education and support, particularly as issues like depression increasingly affect students and professionals.
The program builds on the success of the nationwide initiative “Poznaj depresję, poznaj siebie” (Know Depression, Know Yourself), a campaign organized by the Life Balance Foundation to raise awareness about mental health among young people.
